"Catering is our Specialty"

Archie’s BBQ offers full service on-site catering and our packages are designed for groups of 50 or more. If your group is smaller, contact us for a quote and availability.

Catering specialist (Debbie Archer) will work with your budget and discuss all your options.

FULL SERVICE ON-SITE

Full service catering means we deliver, set-up an all you can eat buffet, serve and clean-up and take all trash away. We arrive at least an hour before serving time, this is discussed when you know your itinerary.

We provide buffet serving tables, white linen tablecloths with color overlays (client’s choice), chafing dishes, serving utensils, heavy duty three-compartment plates, napkins, utensils, and all condiments including Archie's (award winning) Barbeque Sauce.  A 10 x 10 serving tent is supplied for outside events.

All package pricing is per person and is based on 50 adult guests and includes your choice of three homemade sides. Children ages 5-10 are half price.
Client also selects either a sandwich or dinner roll.

Custom packages with Skewered Shrimp, Boneless Chicken Wings, Jumbo Smoked Wings, Turkey Legs, and a wider array of desserts are also available.

Bookings and Deposits for Full Service

A signed event order and non- refundable deposit of $250.00 minimum or 20 % of catering bill is required to confirm your catering date. The deposit is deducted from the final bill. The final bill is due in full 5 days before scheduled event.

On-Site Service Fee begins at $100.00 and is calculated depending on your specific needs, number of guests and menu chosen. The service charge is to cover the various expenses for an event, including but not limited to, consultations, menu planning, site visits, food and beverage ordering and prep, linens, travel time and use of all necessary equipment for the event.

Gratuity is not mandatory and is always at the clients discretion. Food and beverage are subject to a 6 % sales tax.

Archie's BBQ has referrals for companies who provide dining tables, guest chairs and tents. We do not purchase or deliver alcohol through Archie's BBQ for any catered events. However, we can direct you to the vender that can deliver to your event.

We offer our delicious food in bulk. Bulk orders are picked up at the restaurant or with 24 hour notice, delivery is available for orders over $250.00. Delivery charge applies.

Come in or call us, we will assist you with the amounts you need. We can  prepare a written quote detailing the food you will receive and how much it will cost. Your food will be packed in aluminum pans ready to be served.

Our "award winning" barbeque and homemade sides can be ready in minutes!

Packed in a box, great for job sites and quick lunch meetings, minimum order 12, no other discount applies, picked up at restaurant.
