Why our meats are so Smokin-licious? 

 * Pork Butts are rubbed with our special dry rub and smoked for 12 hours. Pulled by hand and mixed with Archie's BBQ Sauce.  Our Pork is also available dry.           
* Beef Brisket is slowly smoked, sliced thin, very tender and juicy.
* Turkey Roast is both white and dark meat and is hand sliced.
* Pulled Chicken is all white meat, pulled so its stringy and mixed with Archie’s BBQ Sauce.
* Chopped BBQ Beef is our brisket, lightly chopped, mixed with Archie’s BBQ Sauce.
* Wings are boneless, never breaded or fried, only meaty and smoked for an hour and then tossed in your favorite wing sauce.
